We go on vacation in order to be. It is our moment of embodiment and sensual becoming. We become one with the water, with the Sun, with the stillness. Under these conditions we gather ourselves inward and are, joyfully, nothing but a larva turning into a butterfly. In Marmaris you merge with the verb to be, purely and simply. Everything shifts into the register of the senses. All the frantic stories of your existence as a worker, as a contributing member to the progress of human wealth, lie far away. At last all the senses are submerged in pleasure, and the sensation of being becomes a sweet, gentle anesthesia. Rest. From the agitation of stories of production, to the non-being of the pleasure of simply consuming, because you deserve it. A delicious death. But a death that cannot last. After a few days in a coma, something appears again, wanting more. How can there be something more to be? Some try with all their might to return to the state of anesthesia. They try with frenzy. Others are even happy to discover the murmur of a desire to be that is never contained in the world's stories, or in its History. It is a birth. All shapes and colors are present and buzzing. And all of them are trying to tell you something, only you. Welcome to Marmaris!

Mergem în vacanță pentru a fi. Este clipa noastră de întrupare și devenire senzuală. Devenim una cu apa, cu Soarele, cu liniștea. În condițiile acestea ne adunăm în noi înșine și suntem cu bucurie doar o larvă prefecându-se în fluture. La Marmaris te contopești cu verbul a fi pur și simplu. Totul este trecut în registrul simțurilor. Toate poveștile trepidante ale existenței tale de lucrător, de membru contribuitor la progresul avuției omenești se află departe. În sfârșit toate simțurile sunt scufundate în plăcere și senzația de a fi devine o anestezie dulce, ușoară. Odihnă. De la agitația poveștilor de producție, la neființa plăcerii de a consuma doar, fiindcă meriți. O moarte delicioasă. Însă o moarte care nu poate dura. După câteva zile de comă, ceva apare, din nou, pentru a dori mai mult. Cum se poate să fi ceva mai mult? Unii încearcă din răsputeri să se întoarcă la starea de anestezie. Încearcă cu frenezie. Alții sunt chiar fericiți că descoperă susurul unei dorințe de a fi care nu e niciodată cuprinsă în poveștile lumii sau în Istoria ei. E o naștere. Toate formele și culorile sunt prezente și bâzâie. Și toate încearcă să-ți spună ceva, doar ție. Bine ai venit la Marmaris!
