Her reputation rests primarily on early discovery: she exhibited in the 1990s, among others, Doug Aitken, Mariko Mori, Carolee Schneemann, and Lisa Yuskavage — artists who have since gained significant recognition Eazel, as well as Joyce Pensato, Angela de la Cruz, Oliver Herring, and Derrick Adams.
Her curatorial model has been notably collaborative — she regularly invited other curators to present their projects and artists within her space Eazel rather than maintaining a singular institutional voice. After closing the gallery, she teamed with Berta Sichel, an independent curator in Madrid, to curate "Everything Is Art, Everything Is Politics" — a virtual exhibition drawing on Beuys's concept of "social sculpture," bringing art to politics rather than politics to art. She's a legitimate, well-networked New York figure with a genuine track record and a model of collaborative, post-institutional practice that isn't without resonance. But she doesn't bring the critical-theoretical weight or the geographic positioning that the current roster does. She'd be most useful as a connector or advisor role in a New York context — potentially valuable for the Bill Rabinovitch show specifically, given the SoHo/Chelsea downtown New York axis
